Lulimbi Tented Camp is strategically located on the banks of River Ishasha on the eastern edge of Virunga National Park’s central sector. The camp is a mid-range camp that caters all categories of tourists from budget to luxury due to its amazing cozy.

Lulimbi tented camp is among the newest developed accommodation facility that comes up in 2016 with the aim of offering accommodation service to visitors and to conserve the virgin and oldest Park in Africa. The camp has good accesses to Queen Elizabeth National Park in Uganda not far from the Camp

Lulimbi Tented Camp consists of 8 tented camp that sits on the shoreline on the Ishasha River with a spectacular view of the Park, hippos, and crocodiles along the river, luckily enough you have a chance to spot some elephant wallowing into the river. The tented camp is private with veranda each, flushing hot water, and toilet and fully furnished with running water and other standard amenities.

The lounge tent has a fully stocked bar with local and internal whiskey that makes your day memorable as relaxing outside lounge with astonishing view of the nature surrounding the tent.

The staff are very cheerful with hospitality skills that has enabled them to survive in the market up to now, they offer the three meals in a day including breakfast, lunch, and dinner they also offer bush breakfast on the request basis. Such a welcoming staff is very informative with the surrounding both Virunga National Park and Queen Elizabeth National Park in Congo and Uganda respectively.

The camp is located in an ideal place that fully experienced with wildlife conservation activities such include nature walks, visit Lake Edward, community visit, fishing in Lake Edward, bird watching and bush walk and among others which are easily done while staying at Lulimbi tented camp. The Camps offers more than accommodation but also a game drive to the Park where you have a chance to see such wildlife species including elephant, topi, warthog, buffalo, and so on.
